Hi there,
Did you ever get a remedy to this situation?

So they ended up doing a factory reset and manually pushing the update and supposedly fixed it. I just took it in last Friday for a routine oil change and of course there is a recall with the radio so as they were dealing with the recall the radio isn’t working properly so they ended up keeping it again. Hopefully will know something this week.Hi there,

Yikes. Really annoying to have all these issues.Mine is doing the same thing. Mine also dies and I'm taking it in tomorrow.
Noticed my new tahoe wanted to do an update so accepted and it installed over an hour. Went back and everything seemed fine but went out the next morning and the battery was dead. Took it to the dealership, supposedly cleared and reset the system. Gave it back to me, and after stopping at the store noticed the radio was still on after the door opened. Back to dealership and after talking to GM they decided it was corrupt during the update. Installed a new module and it is doing the same thing. Anyone else have the same issue/remedy?
