After finding out our 2023 never got built we went out and got a 2021 two weeks ago, specifically with rear entertainment because we have 5 children, 9 and younger. We have a decent length road trip coming up so I went to test the RES with our fire stick and realized that those ports don't work at all. I can't even get the USBC to charge my phone. The 110v plug below the ports does have power and seems to work (green light shows anyway).

I have already checked all the fuses and they all are good. Has anyone else had this issue and found a fix?

Do you have it turned on? There is a button below and to the left of the steering wheel, next to the one that turns off the auto stop/start. I have no idea why they have a switch to turn it off but they do. Maybe it's a way to mess with the kids in the back seat?

Yes I have the plug turned on. (I've always thought it was weird having to turn that on too!)

The part not working is specifically the two USB C ports and two HDMI ports above the plug in.
