Looking at picking up an 04 tahoe would anyone know how to run catless exhaust and pass emissions without changing address

I had a 99 Tahoe back in the day and I did a cat delete. Picked up a set of O2 Sensor loops off of ebay to replace the senors after the cat which gave the computer perfect readings so it didn't throw codes. Had no problems passing emissions after that!
