New 2021 Tahoe brake issue

Picked new 2021 Tahoe High Country 3 months ago. Only have 1100 miles on it. Experiencing brake sounds like metal on metal. Feels like when brake pads are worn out. Has anyone else had similar problems? Any ideas?
