Noticed today while cleaning car that the passenger side front under the mat was wet. Not sure where it came from. Any suggestions? I mean we got this vehicle new in November and its like all these recalls.

This only takes a what? The sentence wasn't finished.

Yes we have 1 never used it tho
Small spider web in the hose.

Sunroof drain issue happens if you use it or not. Roof still has to drain.
So they have said that a tube near the front engine firewall has a crack in it so they replaced it but still going to keep an eye on it
My vehicle (2021 Suburban) is currently in the shop (for 22 days so far) for this water leak issue. I noticed it on my passenger side floor carpet (it was wet UNDER the mat) earlier last spring. They suggested it was an AC hose, blew it out and sent me on my way. This time end of january we had a lot of crazy weather and my vehicle was parked for a couple weeks. Rain, freezing, warm, more rain etc. I found condensation in my car on my glove box, behind my sunvisor and again my floor was soaked. We took pictures. They have had my truck for weeks, they said they checked the sunroof and it wasnt it. It was the FIREWALL? I believe that is somewhere between the engine, front electronics and glove box on passenger side. Now we are battling over who pays for the cleaning, labor and repair. They are trying to suggest its not a warranty thing. Vehicles just get to leak water now???? I was also informed atleast two other vehicles same year and model had the same issue....I wonder how many others are out there.

Have you had your sunroof reardrains checked? Also is your driveway at an angle? I’m in a nightmare of a issue with my 2022 Tahoe having defective sunroof drain lines and GM giving me a horrible run around. Car has been leaking since day one GM is hiding the issue there’s a bunch of folks on this forum that have had the problems and the biggest issue is that the way the water makes it way to the carpet is through all the electrical, airbags and fuses and then resides at the bottom rusting out the seatbelt bolts. Currently 75 days since mine made it to the dealership to get fixed GM keeps closing my case and my car still leaks. From what I can see basically the sunroof design is flawed, it allows more water to enter the sunroof gutter then the drains allow out. Defective from factory, lies lemons. I have a lot of video of it happening. Here’s some pictures of the video you can see the water is especially bad in mine as I live in the PNW with lots of rain and snow

They checked all of my sunroof drains as a part of their diagnosis process. They said it was coming from the firewall, which is consistent with where we found the moisture in the car (front passenger floor board, leaking into and out of my glove box and down the side of the dash closest to passenger door). I discovered my floor wet once a few months ago, and when I brought it to their attention they simply blew out the ac drain line (which they admitted was clear) and let it be. It wasnt until my vehicle was parked for a two week period at home (I was driving my smaller vehicle to conserve gas) that we discovered moisture. Since it was coming in at the firewall as long as the car was used the engine must of burned off most of it but we had some funky weather, a lot of rain, then cold, then rain. Since my car was sitting nothing burned off the water and it leaked inside. It was starting to grow white fuzzy mold.
They had the car two weeks then called me and told me the extended warranty wasnt going to cover the labor, repair or cleaning. I am currently waiting for the outcome bc I had proof that the leaak was brought to their attention prior to my factory warranty expiring. Also that they are supposed to verify warranty coverage prior to performing the work. So we shall see. The maintenance supervisor admitted to me that there were atleast two other vehicles same year and model as mine with the same issue in the shop. Like wth, cars arent supposed to leak and its not like my car is 10 years old or anything. Its barely 3. Very frustrating for a brand new car.
