power center console arm rest not sliding

Turns out the top was caught on a child's toy which was in the recessed storage area on top and trapped under after the arm rest was slid back over it.When the power center console is slid fully backward the armrest portion of the console no longer slides forward. Has anyone else experienced this? Has anyone fixed it?
