Just took delivery of a 2024 Yukon Denali Ultimate. When the salesman was demoing the truck (in Demo mode), the rear media screens had source choices HDMI1, HDMI2, Youtube, and Hulu. But now that we have the truck at home, the rear screens only show HDMI1 and HDMI2. Youtube and Hulu are gone. We called tech support via Onstar and got cut off, and have chatted with them twice on the GM website but nobody seems to know how to fix this. Has anyone here experienced and solved this problem?
