Rst Suburban within 200 miles of ownership (day 3) threw a communication code U0073. Took it to dealer which it totally stumped them. They spoke with GM which resulted in a diagnosis of a faulty pin on an ecm connector. We picked the suburban back up (day 4 of ownership) and drove it home. No issues on day 5. Day 6 resulted in a new code U0418 with similar results, SES/service 4wd/speed reduced. It’s back at the dealership. My question is has anyone had any experience similar to this? My wife seems to think brake application and or traffic seems to cause the issue. She did note voltage per instrumentation had dropped to about 11 during the fault. We’ve always been GM people but this is really disheartening! To his credit my salesman is on vacation and is still communicating directly with me and to the service manager.

Update: got the vehicle back diagnosed with faulty light control module. Worked fine for a couple days. Then this evening service 4wd, check engine light and same code for communication fault occurred. Back to the dealer for the 3rd time in two weeks. Really wanting GM/Dealership/Chevy to take this thing back and give us another one at this point. It’s beyond ridiculous…
