So much for genuine GM accessories

I ordered an 'Integrated Cargo Liner' for my 2021 Yukon Denali through GM online, received an order acknowledgement, and now 2 months later . . . . nothing. I haven't heard a word when it is to be delivered, if ever. In the meantime I have received countless emails from GM asking me to fill out a survey of my customer experience. Like they really care.
Do I have to trade up to an Escalade to get a cargo liner ?

Does anyone know the story of the cargo liners ? Since I ordered mine, GM dropped it from their accessory website. Do they still make them ?

From what I understand, they are on back order because so many people order them with their vehicle. Your best bet is to call your local dealers to see if they have one in stock or can get one. We were told the same thing about floor liners from a couple of dealers, but found one in Houston who could get me a set by the end of the business day. Needless to say we worked with that dealer. Good Luck.
I ordered my Yukon with the trailer camera accessory, and evidently it is no longer available, even as an option. No one bothered to tell me things had changed until my vehicle showed up. Very disappointing.

ALSO, my delivering dealer did not bother to put Top Tier diesel fuel in it, and did not add the GM recommended diesel fuel additive for non Top Tier fuel. Fortunately, I've now got documentation from the dealer that they did this, so if I have engine problems, that documentation will be important.

In general, the dealer was mostly clueless about the diesel. Sad.

yeah they cut those options out due to chip shortage:

Dealer should have let you know I would think...
