Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear about these issues. Never fun dealing with them on a BRAND NEW vehicle. Are you at least getting some decent customer service with a nice enough loaner/rental while you wait?
Well, I have a Chevy blazer right now, but there is a reason we got a suburban...Service adviser is getting us a Tahoe rental from enterprise this evening. He's been good. Just %$#^%#$-off that I cannot even use my BRAND NEW expensive SUV, and honestly 1 week ownership and in the shop for 1 week + with problems is more than a bit concerning.

I had my Suburban a week and the camera system went bad. backup doesn't work, and camera app non-functional Took it in, briefly fixed, and went bad again. Currently at the dealer, disassembled, and trying to figure out the issue - they are dealing with GM engineering. There is an engineering TSB regarding the issue: PIE0592A

I find it unbelievable that a 70k vehicle 1 week old has a major issue that is under investigation and cannot be figured out. I am debating taking this up with GM consumer affairs.
